Positive: We had the best sleep, it was comfortable, quiet and we had everything we needed. The shower had great water pressure. The room was spacious. Paul and Sarah looked after us well. They were very helpful and on hand with anything we needed, they were very responsive to messages. we also had a fabulous meal with the table d'hote. The breakfast had been freshly cooked to order. The pool was a nice added bonus when the weather improved. We even enjoyed the football on the big screen!

Positive: Beautifully relaxed. Exceptionally helpful owners/staff. Really tasty breakfasts with home made, locally sourced preserves (jams) Would 100% recommend.

Negative: It’s very traditional in character- which adds to its charms - but maybe a few small tweaks - eg tea and coffee / kettle in room could even make it a little better.

Summary: Beautiful, relaxed and really friendly, we couldn’t have asked for more.😊
