Summary: Unfortunately, the best hotel in that area. That does not mean it’s good, I actually do not enjoy staying there. Needs an upgrade for sure and staff could be friendlier as well.

Summary: Hotel is really dated. Front lobby and restaurant/bar appear renovated ca. 10y ago and are good, the residential areas (rooms, corridors etc.) are a journey back to the 1980s however. The spa was pretty decent.

Summary: Property was very good. We paid for breakfast, went to breakfast ones. It was very bad and not appealing at all. Poor selections, area with food was dark. I would not recommend to pay for it in the hotel. So many nice places in the area.

Summary: I have been coming to this hotel for years whenever I am in town, usually every couple of years. It used to be the best place in town but over the years it has slipped a bit. The entire facility seems to be in need of some remodeling. Some elevators don't work. Doors are chipped. There is no way to take a shower without flooding the bathroom and it shows a bit on the floor and the bathroom door. This could probably be fixed easily but has not been fixed for years. Having a small refrigerator in the room would make a big difference. The previous refrigerators were removed and there is just a hole in the cabinet. Does not look nice and is so unnecessary. The rooms are very clean otherwise. Breakfast is fantastic although a bit pricey. The location is ideal. Everything, including the train station is within walking distance.
