Summary: My family and I were in town to explore the area and wanted to be centrally located between Greenville and Spartanburg, this was the perfect spot for us. The property is secluded which is something that I was looking for but also just a short drive from everything. The house was beautiful and very clean, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property to anyone visiting the area.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at the Duncan house. The communication with Marta was fast, informative, and any questions or requests were taken care of within 24 hours. The house was extremely clean and well stocked. We were nearby lots of food options (including Starbucks) and the highway was less then 5 minutes away for easy access. I loved that it was at the end of a dead end road and so private. The only suggestion I have is to have a print out or wall art that lists the WIFi info. (This was provided to me through Marta and easy to find in my booking but our family staying with us they had to ask me directly for it. ) We travel to this area a lot to see family, so we will be back! It was truly lovely! Thank you!

Summary: We had family members coming for Thanksgiving from GA, FL, NC and Greenville so we needed a central location to meet. We wanted a big enough kitchen for cooking and a big table for eating. This house really delivered for us. Five adults stayed together in the house. It was an easy drive to/from Greenville for the family who live there.

Summary: Great house in a convenient location near I-85 in Duncan. It’s in a nice little pocket neighborhood and at the end of a dead end street. Very clean overall and a well-equipped kitchen. Had a great stay and would rent definitely rent again.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. We were there for my daughter’s graduation from Medical School. The house was extremely clean and very comfortable! My family would definitely stay here again if back in the area .
