Modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with spacious outdoor living areas. Light and spacious interior. Great indoor/outdoor flow.
Outdoor infrared heater.
Located on the main road just 1 km from Kuaotunu beach, Lukes Kitchen, Cafe and general store. 5 minute drive to Otama 10 min drive to Opito Bay. Whitianga is 15 ks and Matarangi 8 ks. Coromandel 28ks, New Chum Beach 24 ks, Hot Water Beach/Cathedral Cove approx 50 ks. Petanque, tennis courts, playground and library 1 k.
Ideal space for a family or 2 couples plus. Quiet well behaved dogs .accepted on application only - one off $30 fee per dog applies (please read house rules) . Although property is fully fenced, there are gaps, so dogs need to be supervised at all times.

Summary: The bach itself was spacious and so clean. The host had thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable. The out door spaces were lovely and allowed for a perfect get away There was nothing we could fault, perfect place to stay, highly recommended.

Summary: The property was absolutely everything we hoped for - enough room for the adults and two children plus a small indoor pooch. The house was well appointed with a fantastic outdoor area with small garden, decking, BBQ/tables/chairs/umbrella which made hosting the family for a 10th birthday really easy. Having the heat pump in the main living space kept the house livable when the temperatures soared. We were close enough for a 2 min drive to the beach and although on the main road to Whitianga were far enough off the road not to notice the traffic - the covered off-street parking with access to a power point for charging our EVs was also a huge boon. Bathrooms were clean and thank you for the nice toiletries. Kitchen had everything we could need. We would thoroughly recommend Louise as the host and her property to any other guests.

Summary: We have an awesome holiday at this home at Xmas time 2023. Immaculately clean upon arrival, the house has a very relaxing aura and the indoor-outdoor flow is perfect for socialising. The incredible attention to detail shown by Lousie was unexpected but very welcomed. too long to list all but incl. -Xmas tree that lit up outside at night, champagne + chocs for adults but also a bag of dog treats with our dog's name on the welcome tag. Whilst en route she text to alert us to a traffic accident and advised us of an alternative route which saved us hours.We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Summary: We brought our dog to stay in Kuaotunu to be near the boat ramp for trips to the Mercury Islands. This Bach was ideal and plenty of room for parking the boat. Fabulous entertainment pad with lovely deck and outside shower, fish cleaning station and booze bar. Spotlessly clean and modern Bach and the showers had lovely pressure- always a bonus when you need to get clean after a day at the beach. The treats were a wonderful bonus too. Loved it!

Summary: A great dog friendly place to stay. The host was amazing with the communications and even left treats for the dogs! The house is new and tidy with handy facilities for the beach. Definitely would stay again!

Summary: Lovely, clean, practical and well laid out house and outside area. Bonus was we could bring our doggies. So nice to open cupboard and even find named snack bags for them 🥰 Everyone loved the stay!

Summary: This lovely new place was the perfect spot for our weekend getaway. Wonderful indoor to outdoor flow with awesome covered in decking area. Louise had pretty flowers on the bench to greet us when we arrived and a wee jar of chocolates in the fridge!
