Summary: This house is wonderful. We kayaked, and played off the dock, or there is a lovely wading area with stairs off the back patio. The beds are super comfortable! Spacious rooms made for great family time. Gorgeous weather and the canal water was even warm at low tide.

Summary: We really enjoyed the outdoor space. The weather was great while we were there and we were able to take advantage of the water and use the kayaks provided. We loved how open and spacious the inside was as well. Big huge kitchen, dining room and living room that we were all able to hang out together in. We had a group of 10 of us in our family and even had 2 extra hanging out at times and there was plenty of space. We were there celebrating our dads life and memorial services so I would recommend this space for multiple families. The guest house was a bonus. Memorable views is a perfect name for this house.

Summary: Pros… beautiful location. The outdoor space of this house is top notch. The sun deck and sun chairs to enjoy the view were lovely. The dock was great. Our kids jumped off and enjoyed the water. The kayaks were a nice touch and we enjoyed them on a nice morning row. (Lots of nice life jackets in many sizes) the vegetation along the property was beautiful and well taken care of. We sat around the outdoor gas fireplace each night while our kids enjoyed the hot tub. House is well decorated with up to date furniture. Beds were nice, and the house was clean and well taken care of. Cons… the driveway sneeks up on you, we passed it and had to circle back. The house is poorly stocked with essentials. No paper towels or even dish towels. No bar soaps in the bathrooms and not enough bath towels for all the guests. No spices and not many plates/utensils. Guest house smells a bit musty a few air fresheners could fix this. We left a large pack of paper towels for the next guest along with paper plates and lots of soaps in the bathrooms. All and all I still left a 5 star review. Beautiful home with even more beautiful location. When we first arrived we were lucky to witness 5 orcas in the canal. (the neighbors told us this was a very rare occurrence) We were luck to have beautiful weather, Which was a plus as we were able to us the outdoor space, but if the weather is rainy or cold you have a beautiful outdoor view from almost room in this home. We would love visit again.

Summary: The house was lovely and the location fantastic. Though the the road behind is a state route so cars travel fast and can be loud in the back bedroom. The views, water, and hot tub was amazing. This is clearly a new rental as the kitchen was bare in the cupboards except for a few utensils to cook with and a few pots. Would recommend having some spices, oil, other cooking basics as lots of other places have, so you don’t have to buy them when there. Also there was no supply of paper towels or toilet paper. Just one half roll of paper towels and half rolls of toilet toilet paper in each bathroom. Also no trash bags, making taking the trash out a little challenging. The set-up is great and can accommodate a lot of people without being on top of each other. The new dock is lovely the only issue was when the tide came in one day that was rough, the ramp to the floating dock squeaked really loudly for hours. There must be something that can be done to grease up where the ramp attaches to the standing dock. Otherwise this was beautiful and definitely a relaxing time.
