Welcome to your beautiful coastal-style vacation home! This pet-friendly home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just 5 minutes from the beach, and is walking distance from the Bay Pines VA Medical Center, wonderful restaurants, grocery stores and a scenic biking/jogging trail. Enjoy your privacy with a separate entrance and a private fenced backyard featuring screened-in patio with seating, BBQ grill, and palm trees. Make yourself at home; relax and enjoy this piece of paradise!
This half duplex features a private entrance and a fenced-in backyard to ensure your furry companion stays close:) with ample seating both inside and outside. The place exudes a beachside ambiance, promising to help you unwind and relax! Guests enjoy exclusive access to their half of the house, including a bedroom with a queen bed and a 50-inch Roku TV, a living room with a pull-out sofa and another Roku TV (our Netflix account is conveniently available on the TV for your use). We also provide a private laundry room with the guest's washer and dryer. Each room is equipped with all the essentials to make you feel at home. Beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler are also at your disposal.
You will be residing in a residential area. Kindly be considerate of your neighbors and maintain a low noise level between 10 PM and 8 AM. This neighborhood is peaceful and secure; let's keep it that way:)

Summary: Dmitry and Lucy were exceptionally wonderful during our stay. Our first week we had hurricane Helene come through, and Dmitry and Lucy ensured we were prepared and safe. We only lost power for 2 hours. The house is not in a flood zone, so we felt very safe staying for Helene. Milton, on the other hand, not. Dmitry contacted us immediately, and recommended we evacuate. He refunded us for the remainder of our stay. Such a beautiful place, but such a horrific timing for the weather.

Summary: Im surprised at the reviews that say its quiet, its not. There's an elementary school right next door so screaming kids all day long during the week. At night its traffic with loud music. Also, the microscopic ants!! You cannot leave anything out, bit even a dirty dish in the sink! This was not a good place for us. And, although our large dogs were welcomed, its just too small of a place for 2 people and 2 large dogs. We will not stay here again. And, the bed was not comfy. Broken down with a mattress topper, ugh.

Summary: Great location! Nice quiet neighborhood close to beaches, restaurants, Walmart, Publix, etc. Low traffic and residential. Clean and well-stocked. Fenced, private backyard is perfect for lounging, grilling out, and for the dogs to play in. No size limit for pets and allow 2. We have boxers and most places have weight and size limits so this was perfect for us. Highly recommend.

Summary: It’s such a cute charming house in a quiet neighborhood. It had everything and then some on what you think you could need. The pups loved the fenced in backyard. The host even provided dog food and treats. It was clean and spacious. The bed was so comfortable. The sunroom was a great place to relax. It’s only about 10-15 mins to the beach. Good location as it was also near some restaurants. We loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. WiFi was strong too.
