Summary: If you're looking for a property that works well for a large group ski weekend, this is the place! The proximity to Okemo can't be beat, and despite there being two separate houses, the accommodations perfectly suited our group of 14. We had a lovely, snowy getaway weekend! Aside from a couple of the beds not being outfitted with true mattresses, the only real complaints I have from our stay are regarding the Vacasa customer service system, not the property itself. It is worth noting, however, that the boiler was broken in one of the two homes when we checked in late our first evening. Although we managed to fix it ourselves before Vacasa was able to get someone out there to look at it, when the gentleman did arrive the next morning, he said this has been a recurring problem with that property. So if you're going during the winter, be mindful of that. The house was 40 degrees when we arrived, and even after we pushed some buttons and eventually got it up and running, it took until about 9:00 a.m. the following morning for the house to fully heat. Otherwise though, a great weekend!

Summary: After email 2 days prior to arriving asking that the hot tubs would be clean and working, we arrived to two hot tubs with greenish cloudy water that smelled like an old aquarium. Two days in to the stay someone applied some chemicals. I assume they were from the mgmt company but have no idea. I would not rent this property again and most likely not from Vacasa properties in this area again.

Summary: The listing is a bit confusing - we were not aware it was 2 separate houses. Close in proximity but we were expecting to all be in the same house. House 94 needed a bit more cleaning on the stairs and it had a musky smell. The tv remote didn’t work, recliner chairs didn’t work right and the kitchen barely had any kitchen supplies. House 96 was very clean however the hot water heater didn’t work the first few days. We spent hours trying to repair it with suggestions from the maintenance team. We would finally get it to work for it to break again. It was a valve issue the maintenance team says is recurring. Someone came out Saturday to fix it but it continued to leak. Which we resolved with a bucket. There were also no trash cans as implied in the listing. The previous renters left trash in the garage so we had to have the maintenance team come out on Saturday to pick up the old trash as well as get we accumulated. Definitely not the rental we were expecting. We have asked for some type of compensation or partial reimbursement with no response from Vacasa yet. We asked on Friday and Saturday. Hoping for a response soon.
