Summary: Very welcoming when you stepped into the house. Thoughtful arrangements (we love the game room, and those information flyers and maps under the TV). The house is beside Route 19 but in a quiet neighborhood. You can walk to the New Gorge River bridge (i.e., on Bridge Day) or you can drive for 5 mins. Very close to multiple restaurants and a gas station. Short drive to Long Point trailhead as well. Overall, very satisfied with our stay and highly recommended.

Summary: This is by far the best rental property we have stayed at to date! We are climbers in our early 40's. Since we bring our two dogs with us on (almost) every climbing trip, we always seek out the most affordable dog-friendly properties. The fenced in yard was a GAME CHANGER for us. The dogs absolutely loved being able to get some time off leash, and we truly appreciated the privacy! The location of this rental was SUPER CLUTCH! We were spitting distance from the downtown Fayetteville restaurants and shops. The weather was miserable (rainy and super cold) for most of our trip. It was wonderful to have access to a hot tub after hiking all day in the rain and cold. We will definitely stay here every time we visit The New!!!

Summary: We absolutely loved this house. So neat & clean with every possible thing you could need including climbing helmets, chalk, yoga mat, bikes, hammock. The Gear/Healing Room was our fave. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard & the hot tub was immaculate. Can't say enough good things this house, we will definitely be back!! Thank you

Summary: We were visiting relatives for the holidays and we could not have enjoyed our stay here more. The house was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. It was decorated lovely and it had everything we needed. Easy check in/out. The location is in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The owner was awesome! Always available. We will definitely be staying here again.

Summary: The house was perfect for our stay. We were able to hike many of the trails in the River Gorge area and had a nice place to come back to in the late afternoon. The Hot Tub was a bonus. And our yellow lab was able to be included in all of our activities!

Summary: What a great spot! You can’t beat the location, it’s walkable to town and minutes away from some beautiful trails and climbing. The house itself has everything you need and was spotless. Being dog friendly with a fully fenced yard was the icing on the cake for me. I hope to get back here sooner than later.
