Located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, this large home offers maximum privacy for guests with no neighbors directly across the canal. Speaking of the canal, it offers you direct access to Charlotte Harbor, which leads out to the Gulf of Mexico. The lush landscaping, including mango, key lime, banana, and avocado trees, creates a serene atmosphere. The screened-in lanai is fully furnished with a lounge seating area, a built-in bar with a sink and mini-fridge, a gas grill, and a dining table with seating for four. A swim in your private pool is the perfect way to wake up in the morning while you savor the amazing water views. Inside, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an island for prep space, and bar seating for two guests. Enjoy a snack or formal meal in the dining room that has seating for up to six people, and then head over to the living room's comfortable sectional and settle in for your favorite shows on the flatscreen TV.

Summary: There were some commutation issues. I did a host message that apparently wasn’t received about wanting pool heated. Ad read 3 day minimum. I ask for a week. When we got there the heater was off. About a lot of phone calls someone came out few days later and turned on. We had to pay for full stay even though we were t able to owe the whole time. That and the grill not working was only issue. Oh and no cable. Just streaming . Guess that was our misunderstanding. We were first time re year

Summary: Would of rated it better except the AC issues. The controller was set on a timer that you could not change. Every time you selected your temp in a hour it would change back to 78-80 degrees which is way too hot. I complained on Friday and each day I was pretty much told I didn't know how to operate the controller. Then finally they just said owner would set with their app to a temp. When you are renting a house you should be able to put the AC on the temp you want for during day and then evening so this was frustrating but I gave up fighting about it each day. Then the next week Thursday an AC guy showed up without warning. He stated the one AC ran out of freon and broke the compressor. Once he fixed that the house was cooler and the controller worked. Was very frustrating it took almost a week to fix and they kept blaming me for not working controller when it wasn't even my fault. The AC guy said the owner knows the AC needs replaced. Now the good stuff: the house is nice with newer finishes, nice large sofa in living room. Open concept kitchen/living room. Large master bedroom suite. Nice fenced in back yard. Nice screened in pool area. Would have been a 5 star rating if it hadn't been for the AC issue.

Summary: Beautiful canal home. Everything was as advertised and more.clean,neat and spacious. Only negative is there is only one tv in living room None in any of the bedrooms If they could add some TV’s to bedrooms this would be 10 star property

Summary: My husband and I (plus our two doggies) loved this house! It was clean, fresh, and comfortable. What a great spot for entertaining — the lanai is spacious with beautiful views — or enjoying simple R&R. Will be back! Pros: • Huge lot with tons of privacy • Gorgeous view of turning basin and mangroves- sunset bounced off buildings across the way • Eastern exposure creates lots of shade in all the right areas and lovely morning sun • Fenced in yard great for pets • Heated pool was perfection • Spacious living areas and kitchen • Spacious outdoor living areas and bar • Bathrooms in every bedroom plus a convenient half/cabana bath • Great, quiet neighborhood; quick out to stores Working areas: • King bed is a little worn out • Only one TV in entire house. One in the primary bedroom and living room would be great. • WiFi is having some issues (bad modem or bad line) causing it to be weak and unstable (hard to stream shows, video game, etc) • The property borders US41 which is loud (not a huge deal; pool water spouts drown out most of noise)

Summary: Beautiful and spacious home. Loved the comfy family room with a view of the water. Really enjoyed the outdoor patio area and warm swimming pool. So close to restaurants and other activities in Punta Gorda.

Summary: The house was nice and in a very quiet neighborhood. The pool was clean, and the temperature of the water was perfect. The yard was beautifully landscaped. We enjoyed every evening out on the patio when the sun went down.
