Welcome to this luxury mountain cabin and enjoy top-level amenities, including a large back deck surrounded by trees and serene views of distant mountain ridges! This cabin offers a private hot tub, plentiful shaded outdoor seating, and a koi pond right off the deck with two waterfalls, providing the sounds of a rippling creek.
The living area features a beautiful original stone wood-burning fireplace that opens to the upgraded, modern kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking equipment but does not have a dishwasher. There is also a large outdoor propane grill for your use. The cabin has two bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs with its own private bathroom and separate entrance. Plenty of games like giant Jenga, Yahtzee, and a dartboard are provided for entertainment. This home is ideal for group getaways or family get-togethers. The owners adore this vintage yet fully modernized cabin and are happy to share their 'piece of paradise' with you.

-Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150.00 cancellation charge. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund plus a $150.00 cancellation charge.
No Cancellations are Allowed for November, December, and January.
- Pets: We do allow dogs, however, please note that there is a fee of $35 per dog per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, you must obtain prior approval and additional fees may apply. When booking through selected third-party sites such as Airbnb, once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a payment request for the dog fee, which should be paid separately.
Parking: Free parking is available for 3 vehicles (Seasonal Restrictions Apply; chains are recommended in winter, and 4X4 is HIGHLY Recommended).

Summary: Good location, quiet neighborhood. Cabin was easy to find. Everything was clean and in great shape. If interested in hot tub, let management know, it was turned off when we arrived. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates and knives. Not many condiments. And "that" stove..................Bring your shampoo and body wash, there was none provided. Hot water in master shower was not hot enough for me.Great dog rental, bowls and bed provided and an awesome dog run.Definataly reccomend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Six adults and one pup stayed at Quail's Ridge for two nights and it was the perfect wintertime getaway. Make sure to bring chains with you, the drive up in the snow can be tricky! You'll have everything you need for a cozy time with family once you arrive: fully stocked kitchen, hot tub with plenty of fresh linens, fireplace and gorgeous view of the valley.The property description was quite accurate. There were a few quirks to the house, such as a very tricky stovetop/oven appliance and an impossibly loud venting fan. This dampened the experience of cooking together, a real shame because the kitchen was gorgeous and spacious!Beds were comfortable with plenty of extra blankets. Once bedroom is separated from the rest with it's own amenities, great for extra privacy from the main house.Definitely bring wood for the fireplaces.We were initially given the wrong key to the house, and New Spirits Homes went above and beyond to correct the problem, even in a blizzard.

Summary: Mixed feelings about this property. Overall, our group had a great time so I’m giving it four stars. There are definitely some odd things though. This is posted on the listing (my fault for not reading it fully), but the day before arrival management contacted me to fill out/sign an extensive rental agreement along with sending a photo of my ID and credit card (only the last four showing). This hasn’t happened to me before & it was especially odd because they were contacting me from random google numbers. If they had a legitimate portal or something that probably would’ve weirded me out less. Regardless it wound up being fine. The check in and check out process are kind of annoying because it requires a physical key - you have to stop at a lock box in town on your way in and out. More inconvenient than I expect for a rental property. The common spaces are absolutely beautiful in this house - we loved using the kitchen and fireplace and spent a lot of time in the hot tub. The amenities were really great and we brought our dog who really enjoyed the fenced in yard. The place was also super clean - 10/10 for cleanliness. One of the bedrooms and bathrooms is pretty separate from the rest of the house - you have to go downstairs and through the garage to access it which was kind of odd and a little creepy at night. Overall I might book again just for the amenities, but if I found similar amenities somewhere else, this wouldn’t be my first choice.

Our first time visiting Idyllwild, and we'll definitely be back.The house worked great for us - we had me in one bedroom, my brother and our two dogs in the second bedroom, and my daughter, son-in-law and their 2 babies in the third bedroom. The house is in a great location with a huge yard and lots of privacy. We loved that the dogs could go out in the fenced-in yard so we didn't need to watch them every second. We cooked plenty of meals in the kitchen and it was very comfortable for 2 or 3 of us to be in there at the same time. Found a couple of fun hikes nearby, and the Idyllwild Brewery was a highlight. Fun times!
