Summary: We greatly enjoyed the special waterfront setting on Meeks Bay. It was an easy walk for daily trips to the nearby sandy beach. The owner was welcoming and responsive.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at David's home on Meeks Bay. The house is in a fantastic location, a couple minutes walk to the beach. We brought a paddle board and paddled between the dock and the beach and all around the bay. Our elderly in-laws stayed in the bedroom on the main level and enjoyed walking straight out to the deck overlooking the turquoise water. The house is nicely shaded all day which was wonderful for our August visit. No A/C needed. We would definitely return.

Summary: The views of the lake are beautiful! Dave was great at communicating. Check in and check out were easy. There are a couple things to take into consideration. Even if it is the winter months, it would be nice to have access to the upper deck and have it cleared of snow. The hot tub is underneath and water drips down while sitting in there. Also, the stairs from the upper deck that lead down to the hot tub should be cleared. The house was clean for the most part. There were a few things we noticed that were dusty, had cobwebs or dishes that needed to be rewashed. Overall, this home fit our family of 5 great. We enjoyed the time together playing in the snow and relaxing in the hot tub. Thankful for all the memories we made during our stay!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay here, the house is perfected nestled on Meeks bay, and the views are stunning! The home was clean and cozy, plenty of blankets and kitchen supplies. 2 min walk to the beach. And short drive to emerald bay, great food and boating and also up north to excrement food options, and local markets.

Summary: This rental was absolutely stunning. Dave was incredibly accommodating and extremely kind. The house had everything you could possibly need and was in the most beautiful location. The view of the mountains and water from the deck made morning coffees and evening glasses of wine something we will never forget. This was quickly added to our list of destinations we want to return too.

Summary: Dave and Linda's place is amazing. We'd picked it for a family getaway and had a great time. Linda was personally present at check in to help us get acquainted with the house and she showed us around as well. The house is very comfortable and well stocked. The views are fantastic. They even have a small boat that we took out for a spin on the lake. I'd definitely be coming back!
