Positive: The apartment has almost everything needed. A small tv room, quite comfortable, hair dryer, iron, drying rack...it's very close, few mn walk with no stairs, to a major metro/bus/train station "Avenida de America". The host was very helpful when we asked for a personal service.

Negative: Would loved to have a second pillow and a second small towel for extra comfort.

Positive: An apartment equipped with everything I could possibly need for my stay. The location was perfect for my trip. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Furthermore, the staff was always quick to respond to any requests and helped me when needed! I definitely recommend it and will stay here again when I return to Madrid!

Negative: No physical keys, no real contact with the owner of the apartment. When the electricity falls down, there is no access to the property. We left out for 10 hours without any help from the owner!
