Positive: One of the best experiences, totally exceeded all expectations. The hotel is full of charm, decorated with great taste, is a real pleasure to stay in, and the staff was super helpful and welcoming. The Ankara castle is just in front, and a few exciting museums are just around the corner, as is the old town with lots of small shops and cafes - the location could not be better.

Positive: This was a really excellent hotel in a lovely location with excellent services and very friendly and helpful staff.

Negative: The only thing that spoilt our stay was a phone call that was recieved after we had checked out by my partner which basically accused us of stealing the hairdryer from the room, my partner was most upset by this accusation and requested a discussion with the General Manager however she has not had the courtesy of a call so far. If she does depending on the outcome I will revise this feedback.

Summary: A lovely hotel in an excellent location spoilt by poor customer service after checking out.

Negative: I wanted to order One Apple, One Banana and One Pear the price was TL 400 + Service very very very over-priced

Positive: Stay at Divan Cukurhan is an experience in itself. There are 19 rooms and everything about this hotel is meticulously planned. The room is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is within walking distance to the tourist attractions in Ankara. You get free entrance to the Koç Museum.
