Summary: This house is very fun! The decor is very retro and our family had a lot of fun. The house was built in 1955 and they did a great job renovating the house. The outdoor patio is also very comfortable and fun. The only issues we had as the air conditioner took a while to cool the place down. The kitchen doesn't have a disposal which makes it a little difficult. They didn't have a strainer or enough baking sheets so cooking was difficult. we had to go buy some cookie sheets The furniture is cute but not very comfortable. beds are comfy. The neighborhood is ok and quiet. Overall we had fun but there were a few things that would make it a more comfortable stay of you plan on staying for more than 2 nights. also no access to a washer and dryer.

Summary: My family stayed at this house for several days while visiting the area to attend my daughter's medical school residency match day. The house is lovely and very well appointed. The patio area was perfect for relaxing. The location was great for us as it is in close proximity to so much, Davis, Napa, Oakland, Berkeley and SF! The neighborhood was quiet too.

Summary: The property was wonderful. It was very clean and the furniture was as I expected, mid century modern with great colors. The wall decor was fabulous. We enjoyed the little extras around the house and also the toiletries were of very good quality. The beds were very comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay in the home.
