Disney is 2.5 hours away. Ft Lauderdale is 3 hours. Tampa/St Pete 1.5 hours. Sarasota is 40 minutes. Great reviews!
Dogs Considered: tell me about your one or two small to med size pooches. Sorry, no cats.

If you cancel at least 30 days before check-in you will get a 100% refund. If you cancel between 14 to 30 days before check-in, you'll get a 50% refund. If less than 14 days I will refund all fee's and I will attempt to rent the house. You will receive a rent refund equal to my ability to rent it.

Summary: My husband and I stayed here while we were looking for a home. It was conveniently located to any shops we needed and I75. The home had everything we needed, right down to beach towels. Ric was very accommodating and allowed for our fur babies to stay with us while we were there. The large fenced in yard was wonderful! I would definitely recommend this property!

Summary: We spent several months at Ric’s house while building our own. It’s a neighborhood of old Florida homes, very quiet with friendly neighbors...including wood storks! Ric was easy to reach and always available to help with issues. Home was very clean and beautifully renovated with the original 1960’s vibe. Beaches 20 minutes away, UTC mall in Sarasota 35 minutes, and everything else you need just around the corner.
