Positive: Great location, clean, comfortable, and spacious accommodations. An architectural treasure for sure! Excellent location! Beautiful views. It was easy walking to restaurants, shopping, sightseeing; there was so much to see and do within just a few blocks! Vittorio was helpful, informative, warm and welcoming. He made us feel immediately comfortable and at ease after a long day of travel and even carried my heaviest bag up the steps! He takes pride in this beautiful property, and it shows! I highly recommend. I could definitely LIVE here! I would love to return with my family to Bari, and to this property in particular.

Negative: It did not bother us at all but beware that there are over 50 steps to get up to the property. If you are not able bodied, or have to carry a stoller etc, it may be a challenge. The views and the apartment at the top are totally worth the effort, however, and a very good way to walk off the orecchiette! Also, the second bedroom upstairs is partitioned from the main downstairs bedroom by a thick velvet curtain. It is lovely, and excellent for family, but does not afford complete privacy (it might be a little awkward for two couples, if you know what I mean.)

Summary: Incredible, I can not wait to come back!

Positive: It’s rare that I feel at home the moment I step into a rented apartment — but that’s exactly how it was in this case. The apartment was beautiful and spacious, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Vittorio was an exceptionally welcoming host, always available to answer any questions at any time of day. Two bathrooms, a terrace with an otherworldly view, and those unforgettable sunrises seen through the windows of the extraordinary living room — all of it made our stay incredibly enjoyable. There were even times when our 13-year-old son preferred to stay in the apartment rather than go to the beach. I highly recommend this place. Vittorio, thank you once again for your hospitality.

Positive: One of the best properties I’ve ever rented! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. It’s located right in the heart of the city, so everything is close by: restaurants, shops, and attractions. If you are looking for a fantastic apartment with history and unique design elements, this is something for you. The space has real character, blending charm and style in a way that makes it stand out from typical rentals. What truly made the stay exceptional was the host. Vittorio was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about my experience. Communication was fast and clear, and he was always available to help or offer local tips. Just a small note – because it’s in such a central location, it can be a bit noisy at times, so it may not be ideal for those looking for complete silence. We have traveled with 4 yers old child and it was not a porblem for us :-) For me, it was a fantastic experience. Highly recommended, and I’d love to come back!
