Positive: The hotel is beautiful, breakfast is AMAZING and the staff is super friendly. Alessia and Gabriele helped us out so much, giving us restaurant tips, receiving multiple packages I had sent to the hotel and much more. The hotel has an amazing 1 Michelin star restaurant (Il Centro) that is definitely worth the visit.
