Positive: Great location next to the Duomo. Clean nice room, very spacious. Soundproof glass was great since you are next to the hospital. Great common area spaces if you have down time to chill

Negative: Finding it was not the easiest, we had to call & meet our host. Didn’t like being next to the hospital. Not allowed any food in the room which was inconvenient.

Positive: The property was close to everything. It is an ideal location 1-2 min walk to duomo, 5 to 7 min walk to major shopping areas. Lorenzo was a good host. He greeted us when we got there. The rooms are very clean.

Negative: Room was small and across from a hospital which came with some noise that wasn't that bad but still not super peaceful.

Positive: Very comfortable room in a great location, easy walking distance to everywhere in the city. I was initially going to stay in Santo Spirito but this felt more central and I was happy with my choice. I felt very safe. Super responsive host. I booked the room with the patio and it was lovely. Would definitely stay here again.

Negative: The bed was pretty firm, but I found that to be the case throughout Italy. Not intolerable but, not the most comfortable. While not an issue for me, the shower is in the bedroom (toilet was in a closed room), I could see that being an issue for some.
