Positive: The location is fantastic. The staff are very helpful and speak English well. There is complementary coffee and tea and use of a nice, well equipped shared kitchen with microwave, kettle, etc (although no oven). The room was spacious, had wifi and a TV. Heating and hot water fine.

Negative: Only drawback is the lift is tiny and there are three flights of stairs which might make this apartment a little challenging for mobility impaired visitors.

Summary: Excellent value, staff and facilities- and great location

Positive: Great location in heart of city very near cathedral. Lots of nice restaurants around. Room was nice & clean with tv, fridge, towels, aircon.

Negative: Central heating wasn't working so had to rely on aircon turned up to max full-time in December. Couldn't log on to wifi at all. Questioned about tickets for breakfast at local cafe when guidance said it was enough to say we were staying there. They did provide, but only a basic breakfast is included. Initial messages to host were answered, then stopped.

Summary: Good central location. 3rd floor with small elevator.

Positive: Breakfast was good. Location is excellent. We were able to leave our stuff at the reception after checking out, which was very convenient.

Negative: We stayed 4 nights, but no one came to clean the room, even though we had the sign on the door. I messaged via WhatsApp that we needed more toilet paper, and never got a response.

Positive: Very clean room and location was spot on, closer to main attractions than you think. Only a 18 minute walk from the train station if you are thinking of getting the train in. The breakfast at which comes with the room is at the end of the corner and it was great, staff where dead friendly

Negative: It's not an issue, but be mindful of the stairs going up. There is a lift that we use to put a suitcase and then send it up to the 3rd floor. Straight forward enough to do.

Positive: The room is close to the main attractions It was clean and quite large for the location with a small elevator.

Negative: Don't count the breakfast. It is provided by a local restaurant which does not open until 8 maybe 9 in the morning. Too late for most since museums and tours start around 8:30 or 9. On the first morning, a little after 8 am we asked about breakfast and the employee was rude, cussed and told us to leave. For the remaining stay we went to other restaurants for breakfast.

Summary: Nice room, horrible breakfast.

Positive: Fantastic location and responsive and friendly owner and staff! They addressed our issues with the shower and fridge right away.

Negative: Bed was super uncomfortable and the shower had a lot of mildew and even black mold.
