Positive: 5 minutes walk to the beach and beach is gorgeous. Lots of nice beach cafes down there and also 5-10 mins main road with tens of restaurants. Big bathroom with great fan (so actually dries!), big clean fridge, kind staff. Good price for this area. Handy little supermarket about 80m away. Can dry clothes on roof which is super handy.

Negative: The kitchen items need a full clean just to prepare for people to use it, everything covered in dust and just not clean. The room is quite crammed with the big bed and then small bed- but would be very handy for a family, just crammed for solo or couple. The little street it’s on can be a bit creepy especially at night. Only like 50m up though. The doors to the rooms make loud squeaks- I mentioned to the helper they need CRC so may get sorted but means you wake the moment anyone opens their door.

Summary: Great well priced stay very close to beautiful beach and restaurants. Owner very kind and helpful.

Positive: I am Sri from India. This is a mew building and a very comfortable stay. It is attached with kitchen. Owner is a nice person. He can arrange Tuk Tuk for local sight seeing at a very reasonable price. Over all very nice experience.

Positive: My family and i had an amazing time here. The beach was magnificent and the rooms great. The best part of this hotel was the staff, they helped us with every need, we certainly felt at home Beutiful place Just walking distance 250m near Uppuveli Beach area great hospitality I will return for sure . ❤️ Great stay! Very clean, Nice beach, area and the staff were super friendly. everything was fantastic, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended! Great location. - Staff were really good and polite. - Rooms were nice, spacious and clean. - Good working air con. - Cleaned room - Bathroom was very Cleaned everything worked fine. Thankyou
