Summary: Friendly staff with overzealous security. The hotel security is keen to keep the other visitors away but can’t talk in English which led to our child being harassed as he couldn’t speak the local language. Complained to the duty manager who was very apologetic. Security staff need more training so that they don’t harass the hotel guests. Feel that management needs to take responsibility for this situation as staff are simply following instructions.

Summary: Staff very helpful and professional. Location amazing (the hotel is just sitting on the very beautiful, big and clean beach) and all the ground rooms has direct access to the swimming pool, restaurants and of course the beach.

Summary: We stayed for one night. We never used the restaurant but there were great options a short walk from the hotel. The hotel itself was very safe and secure and clean. Our only complaint was that we had no hot water in our shower

Summary: Rooms were clean and comfortable with a spacious bathroom. Dining buffets were diverse and the staff were excellent and hospitable. Beach acces was spectacular. The pool was good but a little to shallow for me. The one thing put me a little off was that they provide driver accommodation but the driver accommodation was poor at best. My driver reported the A/C had been removed and the fans were sub par that they had to put buckets of cool water to keep the room cool enough to sleep. In the heat of Sri Lanka, I would not have put my driver in such accommodation.
