Bright apartment, perfect for spending unforgettable days in beautiful Florence.
Located in Porta Romana, the southernmost of the ancient walls, one of the most important access routes to the historic center of Florence, 800 meters from Palazzo Pitti and 1km on foot from Ponte Vecchio and the historic center, we are also at the foot of Piazzale Michelangelo: the balcony of Florence, with the wonderful avenue of the hills, ideal for your relaxation and jogging activities and the Forte Belvedere.
The house, just outside the restricted traffic area, is easily accessible by car, from the boulevards and also from the motorway, with the possibility of parking or private garage (by booking in advance).
The residential area is well served, under the house you can find everything you need, bank, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, pharmacies, grocery stores, boutiques, taxis, bus stops and CitySightseeing type tourist buses.
We are very close to the city center and the train station.
The apartment is quiet, bright and panoramic, located on the second floor, there are stairs to climb, composed of: entrance hall, living room with sofa bed and dining area, kitchen, equipped with fridge, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, oven microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine.
Two king-size double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The two sleeping areas are completely separated by doors, and allow total privacy.
Small terrace shared with another apartment.

Summary: Well appointed as restaurants, shops, coffee, and market all in walking distance situated amongst the locals . Historical canter is a 30 min leisure walk and felt touristy in comparison. Very comfortable stay here. Would definitely recommend .

Summary: This is a beautiful and comfortable property. Highly recommended. One of the best restaurants we went to during a three week Europe trip was does down from the property. The hosts were friendly and gracious. I really liked being on the other side of the Arno away from the noise at night but a short walk to get to everything by day

Summary: I highly recommend this place. It was super clean, in a great location since we didn't want to stay in the middle of the city center. The host was very kind and even helped us secure a parking garage for our rental car. I couldn't have been more pleased and appreciative of her help!

Summary: Great place to stay. It was so clean and had everything we needed. Patrizia was there to greet us and always responded quickly to our questions. Location made it easy to walk to the sites and restaurants.

Summary: The home was very nice and clean. Patrizia and Stefano were very welcoming when we arrived and easy to communicate with before and after checkin. The area is nice and quiet compared to the busy city centre, which is about 20 minutes walk away. The beds were comfortable. There’s lots of good cafés and bars nearby, one we really enjoyed, and that is along the walk towards the city centre is Pitti Express. Overall a great stay!

Summary: We were met by the owner when we arrived, who explained everything that we needed to know about the apartment and area, shops and restaurants. The apartment was beautifully remodeled with modern bathrooms and kitchen. Two large beds with plenty of closet space in both bedrooms.. Whenever we reached out, the owners were quick to respond and gave us lots of help. The apartment was just south of the main tourist area,( Porto Romana ), which was nice to get away from the crowds . 3 really nice restaurants within a block of the apartment with delicious food and service. 2 gelato and pastries shops also. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who would be staying in the Florence area.
