Positive: The villa is one of 4 Villas in the same location. The pool is shared with all the guests. The villa is located a walking distance from a charming old village with an amazing taverna in the heart of it. The host was super nice and accommodating. The villa itself is very big with a living room, kitchen and dining room on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the upper floor. Full bathroom on each floor. One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed, one with a smaller double bed , and one with a bank bed and another single bed . The kitchen is fully equipped but the facilities in the vila are a bit old. It feels the place has a soul and we had a great time there. Location is perfect, just a 10-15 min drive to Rethimno, 8 min drive to the beach, big supermarket a few min away and a 40-50 min drive to the beautiful beaches in the south (Prevelli etc).

Negative: Some facilities in the villa can be renewed. No dishwasher.

Positive: The location is great with only a 5 minute walk to the old Venitian town. We had all 4 villas booked out and enjoyed the common areas as a group. The grounds themselves are very well kept with their own gated street. The villas were beautiful and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it for big family groups with kids.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay with our friends and booked all 4 Villas. We enjoyed our stay very much. Especially the Concierge WhatsApp Service from Etouri was a hugh help organizing Taxis, Restaurants, Rental cars and so on.
