Summary: The check in staff were friendly and the hotel is ideally situated near to cathedral and town Parking is available but not many spaces and very tight to manoeuvre The hotel was full when we stayed and this definitely had an impact as breakfast was very slow and we had to wait sometime to order hot food The room was extremely small even for a standard room and unfortunately the bedside cabinet was covered in dust which I assume meant the room hadn’t been used recently and not checked The second room we booked for family was also dusty and had dirty cups I did expect better

Summary: The hotel is in a great location on the river and the staff were extremely welcoming. I stopped in one of the cottages, the room needed a bit of TLC and some new furniture. The water didn't drain properly so you had to keep stopping the shower. The chair in the room had so many stains, I generally avoided it. The breakfast was great, but when you looked under the tables there was food on the floor and it wasn't from breakfast.

Summary: Room very poor, in an annexe in an attic, bed uncomfortable, breakfast was good location is nice, not recommended if you can’t walk up 3 flights of stairs with luggage
