Summary: We had a wonderful stay at the pines for my wife's birthday. The staff were courteous, and super helpful. They went above and beyond to make the evening special, including chocolates and a birthday card waiting for us in our suite. Churchill's restaurant was amazing, and there also the team went above and beyond. This was not our first time staying here, and it definitely won't be our last. Highly recommend!

Summary: Rooms are quite dated and not very well laid out. TV is in an awkward place. Plumbing didn’t work quite right. Finishing are very date. Beds are very comfortable and the. Breakfast was awesome. Chose this spot as I got a deal through Expedia with my points but likely wouldn’t choose it as an option at full price.

Summary: Our entire experience was outstanding again. The check in was prompt and our cottage was just amazing.... a real fire is rare now and it made for a wonderful room service dinner by the fire. We will definitely be promoting the Pines!
