Negative: Climbing up the hill at the end of the evening. But it helped work off the delicious food and drink we enjoyed.

Positive: I reserved the last available room but on arrival was offered a water view upgrade at no additional charge due to last minute cancellation. I needed to leave early for Yarmouth ferry and was given the most wonderful breakfast to go! Great location. Easy walk to waterfront and restaurants. Room was charming but with modern updates.
