Negative: We had all inclusive but the food was pretty awful, same menu each day and poor choice. Many of the menu items were not available.

Positive: Breakfast was good. And the hotel arranged a shuttle service from/to the Emirati boarder.

Negative: We arrived at 22.05 pm, 5 min late for dinner wich was included in the price. Hotel staff first refused to prepare dinner. They only did after persistence. Moreover, the road in front of the hotel is a bit noisy.

Positive: The only available hotel in Dibba,Oman. But still very good standard. Very beautiful and ingenuous decorations, very but really very helpful staff.

Negative: No hotel transport available, very difficult getting tom, from and around the Dibba exclave due to the absence of taxis. The menu in the restaurant was very limited and steadily shrinking by every meal but still reasonably good quality for the price. And since there apparently are no other decent options around, we were lucky enough to get at least this. Some insects found in the rooms (cockroaches) which we would have better avoided.

Summary: Under the quite difficult local circumstances the hotel is well beyond expectations.

Positive: The hotel was far better than expected. It's undergoing a renovation and the rooms we had were really lovely and brand new. Very good showers and bathrooms. Great sized bedrooms. The staff are LOVELY, so helpful and kind. We weren't expecting any facilities but they have a coffee machine and the coffee was great. They are also building a restaurant which will be amazing when it opens It's a great hotel in the making.

Negative: As mentioned it's being renovated so there are some loud works going on which woke us up each morning at 7am. Not ideal when we'd had quote late nights but unavoidable when it's being renovated so we took it on the chin. Take noise cancelling headphones.

Summary: Excellent, friendly and far exceeded expectations.

Positive: My stay was really good! I was impressed with reception, restaurant and cafe decorations and above all with the politeness of all staff. I will recommend your hotel and 100% will stay again shall i be visiting in the future. Best wishes, Mohammed

Negative: One recommendation is that you should have a tour operator or information to hand to guests of places and activities that they can do.
