Positive: The setting, the peace and quiet, the view, the quick response to texts, the size of the room, the service when asked for, the booking process was fairly easy, the constant feed back via ail, the price was ok(we all look for a bargain).

Negative: The windows need to be washed, one of them had a broken latch and was not locked which would have caused my husband to leave, had I told him about it. Being on the ground floor without security on site made him nervous. Grateful for fridge, etc. I suggest a small table or something there on which to set dishes when using the microwave.... it was a bit ????

Positive: Great location and great service. Very timely for late arrival and provided anything asked. The text message service was great and responsive. Location is great.

Negative: A little strange being basically in an event hall. But it was quiet and perfect for our family for this time.

Positive: The size of the room was phenomenal and the views were nothing short of amazing. The in room fridge, coffee maker, microwave and the supplies for a step above. The staff was so friendly and kind. We appreciated the staff most of all.

Negative: The furniture wasn't the most comfortable but it worked just fine.

Positive: They are truly PET friendly! Amazing, specious rooms with little surprise biscuit for the dogs and poop bags. We had a great time with our dogs exploring the nearby vineries.
