Positive: Nice place - plenty of room and has all you need. A couple of restaurants and supermarket close by. Clean and has laundry facilities too.

Negative: It’s a 2K walk to Gran Via but I was also glad to be out of the main hustle of tourists.

Positive: I had a great stay in Madrid. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean, which made for a restful night. The neighborhood was excellent, safe, and conveniently located restaurants and shops nearby.

Negative: My only downside was the small amount of body soap provided; it felt quite limited and could be improved for a better guest experience. Overall, a very positive stay that I would recommend.

Positive: The check-in was smooth and clear. The apartment is very clean. The location is not very centrical, however it takes about 30 min walking to Gran Via and nearby attractions (our purpose of stay was work related so location was just perfect to our needs).

Positive: Very easy to find, it is located in between two metro station. Every room was very useful and simple it was better than hotel for us. I have a son 2.5 years old and he was so happy to have space to run in the apartment.
