Positive: beautiful hotel and rooms. lovely bed. bathroom was excellent! beautiful decorations as well. reception during check in was lovely!. superb stay for those visiting Flamingo land. warm outdoor pool and sauna which was the reason we booked the stay!

Negative: unfortunately the pool was not working the first night even though we were told it would be tended to. It was sorted the day after! Lucky we booked a 2 night stay. Abit off the track.

Positive: This is my second stay here and I’ll definitely stay again! Staff are friendly and helpful, evening meals in restaurant are delicious, huge breakfast, warm swimming pool even in December! Good size free car park and close to coastal towns and York .

Negative: Short walk from our room to restaurant entailed being outside, maybe umbrellas could be supplied in room in case of rain.

Positive: The room.

Negative: No hairdryer, no breakfast, nowhere to put anything in the bathroom, no menu to tell you what meals they did in the restaurant. Would have been nice to have a notice by the blinds rather than discovering the controller by the TV, would have no idea they were electric.
