Positive: An Unforgettable Stay in Galle Our experience at this beautifully restored British-era hotel was truly exceptional. The architecture perfectly blends colonial charm with modern elegance, and the atmosphere is peaceful and inviting. From the moment we arrived, Sedesh and the team made us feel genuinely welcome. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our stay incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully presented, with a great mix of Sri Lankan and Western options, served in a serene setting. A special highlight was the Ayurvedic spa treatment by Dr. Kokila, truly one of the best we’ve ever had. Her skilled, healing hands left us feeling completely rejuvenated. Without question, this was our best stay in Sri Lanka, We're definitely looking forward to visiting again during our next vacation

Positive: Exceptional stay at a charming historic house! I had a wonderful stay at Devonia House in Galle, southern Sri Lanka. This beautiful home, originally built in the British colonial era in 1935, offers a unique and peaceful atmosphere that truly stands out. The environment is calm and serene-perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The food was absolutely amazing! Breakfast, especially the hoppers, was delicious and full of authentic Sri Lankan flavour. Every meal was fresh, healthy, and prepared without any artificial ingredients or chemicals. Their commitment to natural, wholesome food really impressed me. The house is very clean and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly kind, attentive and welcoming. Their service made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Devonia House to anyone looking for a quiet retreat with excellent food, beautiful surroundings, and warm hospitality. Everything was perfect-I'll definitely return.
