Positive: Location was great - peaceful yet a reasonably short journey to the wine farms we wanted to visit. A handy supermarket nearby, which meant we didn't need to drive all the way into Stellenbosch. Layout of lodge is perfect for a getaway, and the kitchen came kitted out with plenty of utensils, as well as salt/pepper/cooking oil etc.
