Positive: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Devan House. Never have we ever had everything thought of when we have booked an entire home. From the chromecasts on each TV, to spare batteries, airfreshener in the toilets, ample pots, pans, serving ware etc, it was wonderfully appointed and made our stay so comfortable. We had many mornings and evenings in, because it was so good. Thanks for everything, we loved it and hope to be back soon.

Positive: Games room was a bonus.. the property felt spacious, where we could entertain family without being on top of each other. The staff were great.

Negative: We had an incident where one of the gas hob exploded and we had the glass hob shatter over the kitchen. But the staff I spoke to after the incident was great. We were offered another site, but we had a long day travelling to the house we decided to stay. They gave us a portable hob which was great. We search everywhere but couldn't find the charger of the vacuum. Also, couldn't find a mop also.

Positive: We could not fault this property! The whole process was seamless! From the communication with the host, to the quality and cleanliness of the home, no stone was left unturned. The photos also do not do it justice, the house was bigger and better than what saw in the photos so we were very please upon arrival!
