Summary: Casa Rosa is a perfect villa for a family holiday. We were 4 adults and 1 child, we had plenty of space inside the villa (which was very well equipped) and 2 bathrooms which was very useful. The pool area is large and clean and had plenty of seating and loungers for everyone. The walk to restaurants and shops was short and easily managed by our two and a half year old. Communication with Jeff the owner and manager Ray was easy, friendly and helped to make the whole stay very relaxing. I wouldn't hesistate to return to Casa Rosa in the future.

Summary: My friends and I stayed in this lovely villa (7 of us) plenty of room the host was very accommodating with extra bedding and towel. Pool towels was also at the villa. When we arrived there was bottled water and bits for us to start our holiday, a really nice touch. The location of the villa was great nice and quiet, but walking distance to some lovely restaurants. And good supermarkets. We also walked to the local town and marina took us about 25mins, with taxis on hand if you don’t fancy the walk back, very reasonable in price. Overall can’t fault this villa at all everything you needed was there. Jeff is a very good host communication was great.

Summary: Another wonderful stay at Casa Rosa.. Highly recommended. Booked again for next year. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance. Pool area great with plenty of sun beds and shade if needed. Moraira town about 25/30 mins walk, 5 mins in a car. Lovely beaches… Hired our car from Car Rental Hub who brought it to the villa and collected.

Summary: Fantastic villa. Maintained to a high-quality standard. Would have been nice to have had a meet and greet, for any queries that we had, such as how waste/rubbish should be dealt with, and where to take it. A few small bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity and a short taxi ride away from the town of Moraira itself, where there are choices aplenty for food and entertainment. On the whole extremely pleased with the villa, and the host, and would love to come back and stay again

Summary: We enjoyed staying at Casa Rosa a lot. It was great to have coffee and some food for breakfast already available in the house when we arrived. The location is super, enabling to enjoy the sun going down in the West until rather long in the evening. There are several very good restaurants nearby. A quiet neighbourhood, the Casa Rosa villa is highly recommended!

Summary: Fantastic villa. Stayed in Moraira many times in another fabulous villa across the road. On this visit there were six of us so needed something bigger and we weren’t disappointed. Air con in all the rooms which was a must because the weather was just perfect. The pool was a good size and plenty of seating areas for us all if we needed a little shade. Favourite place to eat was Algas beach bar with its fabulous views. Will definitely be booking for next year.

Summary: This villa is perfect. We came with our two daughters and their boyfriends. There was plenty of room to sit inside and also outside. There was plenty of space to sit and lounge around and we didn’t feel crowded with six adults. The AC was a real blessing with the August heat. The pool area was fantastic, with umbrellas for shade and sun loungers. A great outside shower for rinsing off too. A gas bbq which we used was fab. We are very familiar with Moraira having lived there 17 years ago, so it was lovely to be somewhere so familiar but also to see the changes. There was a lovely welcome pack on arrival which was fantastic given we arrived at 10.30pm and were all hungry. All in all everything was perfect with Casa Rosa and we can not recommend it enough.

Summary: We stayed at this villa for a week and what a great week it was, lovely clean little villa with good access to local shops. A lovely little welcome pack made a nice surprise. Overall a great villa we hope to return to.

Summary: Casa Rosa was everything we were hoping for an more. It’s a very comfortable, well equipped and private villa with plenty of space for a family. The fully air conditioned rooms were a dream in the heat with the dishwasher and washing machine making for an easy life. The pool although not huge was great and the gardens were beautiful with the added bonus of a gas bbq. The location is peaceful but within 5/10mins walk to plenty of bars, restaurants, pharmacy and supermarkets. A 20min walk will take you to some great beach bars and 40mins walk will take you to Moraira centre. If the walk back seems a long haul due to the heat then a taxi will cost around 9euro. The management team who live local were really helpful and the owner was very flexible and understanding throughout the changes that came with COVID. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Casa Rosa to family and friends and would love to return.
