Summary: We stayed for three nights as part of a circular tour of Benelux, Germany, and France. We were left wishing that we had arranged to stay longer at this property. It is a beautiful and peaceful setting with great views from the large balcony. The property is set within a forested area with access to a large network of walks. We walked a loop via Blankenheim on one day which was very enjoyable. Christian made sure we had everything we needed, and responded to queries promptly and helpfully. Would highly recommend.

Summary: The lodge is a wonderful place to stay. Situated up a gravel (snowy) track in the woods it is out of the way and peaceful - just what wanted. The host had lit the wood central heating stove beforehand so we were met with a warm lodge. All stayed warm inside despite the snow and -7 temperature. Well equiped throught out, with some quirky decorations which made us smile.
