Totally refurbished house with 3 new bathrooms and kitchen.
Large garden with private fenced in private pool. We offer a bbq, pizza oven and covered seating under a pergola and outside table and chairs we also have a free standing fire pit for those chilly nights. There is also a trampoline with safety net and a free standing basketball hoop in the garden.
4 bedrooms
Upstairs- master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with freestanding bath and shower, toilet and basin.
2nd bedroom- Twin room with 2 single beds
3rd bedroom - King size bed (can be made into a twin room)
Downstairs bedroom - Double bed with en-suite shower room, basin and toilet. Situated at the back of the property with French double doors leading to a terrace with table and chairs
Further downstairs bathroom with shower, basin and toilet off the utility to the rear of the house. Ideal for showering after a dip in the pool .
Living room with large corner sofa and chairs, open fire, satellite smart tv, internet connection and double French door leading to the front of the property.
Recently fitted modern Kitchen with built in appliances, American fridge freezer with filtered water and automatic ice maker, oven, hob, microwave and a dishwasher. Kitchen is well stocked with all cooking utensils, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Kitchen offers dining table which seats 8, an open fire with sofa and chair.
There is a small bar area under the stairs.
In the utility room you will find an extra fridge and a washing machine
Having been regular visitors to this area over the past 20 years and getting married here 15 years ago. In 2018 we finally realised our dream and bought our own piece of France. We have been renovating the property for 9 months it’s now a beautiful home that we are very proud of. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do when we visit.
The house was originally one small house with a barn attached. It has now been converted into one large dwelling.

Summary: The house was immaculately decorated and fully equipped with everything you could wish for a fabulous relaxing holiday. Very comfortable beds, well equipped and spacious kitchen, great WiFi, sky tv and Netflix and the pool was great for everyone. We had fun trying out the pizza oven and even managed to not burn the odd one or two. We particularly loved the shady pergola in the garden and spent lots of time there playing games or just admiring the views across the fields. The owner Louise and property manager Keith were really helpful and quick to respond to any query we had. We didn’t need to venture out much but would recommend the burgers at Le Garage in the very pretty village of Aubeterre.
