Summary: The Stag was an excellent property. Very clean and well equipped. Made extensive use of outdoor space. Less than a 10 min drive into Highlands. Bed in master suite was very comfortable. TVs in all rooms, and outside, was a bonus. Will definitely stay again if available.

Summary: Check in was a breeze. House was extremely tidy. Kitchen well stocked, which was a bonus for cooking at the house. Cozy comfortable bedrooms, updated bathrooms. Spent one rainy day at the cabin playing games, reading books, and watching a movie by the fire. About 5-7 minutes to downtown Highlands. Easy to pop into town for shopping, lunch, and dinners.We had one question and texted owners; they were quick to reply.I recommend this property and plan to stay again!

Summary: We stayed at The Stag just before Christmas and absolutely loved it! The house was beautiful with every detail thought through, from the decor to the amenities. They even had it beautifully decorated for Christmas! The beds were comfortable with cozy linens & blankets, the kitchen was well stocked, the location was perfect, and the owners were responsive to communication. Thank you for a great stay!

Summary: We attended a wedding at Flat Mountain Farm, which was less than half a mile up the road so this location was super convenient for us. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. One of our favorite amenities was the table top “fire” on the side porch. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
