The space
This beautiful modern apartment features sun drenched rooms and beautiful floors with open plan living throughout the kitchen, dining, and lounge area.
Private access to the apartment is via the side entrance where you will find free parking for your car. Once inside guests will take the stairs to the second level where your home away from home awaits. There are no shared walls with the main house, you will have the entire apartment to yourself.
Inside the fully stocked chefs’ kitchen you will find everything you could need to create your favorite culinary delights. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, an oven and cooktop, a built-in microwave, and a dishwasher.

Summary: We really enjoyed our extended stay (2 months) at Sandy's apt. Everything was great! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Sandy and Jim were very friendly and available if we needed anything. Location was very quiet and had easy access to hiking trails, restaurants & Charlotte. We highly recommend staying here!

Summary: I chose this property even though was a 40 minute ride from Charlotte speedway because it looked great in the vrbo ad.. And it didn't disappoint, after 10 hours spent at the race track everyday it was awesome to come back to the comfy confines of Sandy's property.. What a lovely home , comfy well decorated and a comfy bed.. My son and I slept like babies.. Pull out couch was awesome for him 16 year old.. lol. Bed was perfect for me.. Really loved our stay and look forward to hopefully coming back next year for the Charlotte Dirt Track Nationals if our schedules permit.. Thx Again Sandy..
