Positive: The apartment has the absolute best location to quickly explore the city (we had less than 2 days in the city). 3 min from public transportation and just next to everything the city has to offer. 1 min walk from the best coffee place in Frankfurt. It is perfectly equipped with anything you need - including bath and kitchen. It has a beautiful view of the city and the apartment itself is very beautiful.

Negative: The beds are horrible. Very uncomfortable. In addition, due to the central location, it is extremely noisy at night, even when the windows are all closed - there was a festival so it was probably worse than usual. The apartment can be great for a couple but it was challenging with kids as the only toilet is inside the master bedroom and the kids had to go through the bedroom to get there. The building has an elevator but it gets to the 5th floor while the apartment is on the 6th - take into account.
