Positive: Beautiful, peaceful and quiet camp, much more into the heart of the desert than others, and away from roads and other noise. We did a fabulous camel trek and had dinner cooked in a fire under the dunes. Tents were also very luxurious, comfortable and clean.

Instead of the usual touristy spots, we went on a no-touristic tour, traveling to the desert sand dunes via camel ride. There, we stayed under the open sky, far from the crowds, immersed in the tranquil beauty of the desert. The experience was unlike anything I’ve ever had—just us, the endless sands, and a mesmerizing sunset that felt like something out of a dream. After settling in, we were treated to beautiful local songs sung by Shambhu, which made the evening even more magical under the starry desert sky. The desert camp itself offers various stays, including comfortable mud houses and well-equipped tents, perfect for those who want a more traditional desert experience. The camp also features dance shows with dinner, giving you a wonderful taste of the local culture in a lively, intimate setting. The entire camp is incredibly clean, well-maintained, and aesthetic, with an atmosphere that beautifully complements the desert surroundings. For anyone seeking an authentic desert experience, I highly recommend Shambhu's camp. Positive: I’ve been to desert camps before in Jaisalmer for vacation and this is my top favourite. The camps are located in a non-touristy region and national park. The cottage was really neat and clean. Shambhu was really a warm host who took really good care of us. We had a wonderful stay at the camp. The experience you get here is once in a lifetime and unforgettable experience.
