Positive: We didn't use the pool. We walked by it numerous times. Usually we don't see anyone at hotel pools. This one always had someone there. Probably a good sign. The office staff was very good. The free coffee in the lobby was very good. Plenty of parking The location was convenient to everything. Good security locks on the sliders and window. Plenty of towels for our stay. We did not have to ask for extras.

Negative: All and all the following is minor, but this review asked for something I didn't like. This is all I could come up with. The light switches. Where there was a switch in one room there was a switch plate cover so you had to walk into the dark room to find the lamp. I think that was the lamp where the on/off switch was under the shade just under the bulb. Too much fumbling to get to the switch. Some of lamps in other rooms the switch was on the base of the lamp plus the other bedroom and living room did have a switch that would turn on a lamp plugged into a switched outlet. The bathroom switches were more 'modern' but not as convenient as a simple up/down toggle. I have relatives who are electrical contractors. They would never wire a house or apartment this way.

Summary: I would definitely use the facility again.

Positive: Lovely small hotel that feels very family run, the 2 bed apartment we had was large, with 2 full bathrooms, 2 balconies, with views of the mountains. Staff lovely and helpful, pool clean and spa hot! Location is great just at the end of the main street and walking distance to some coffee places, restaurants and few useful small shops.

Negative: The only critique could be that it has an older fashioned style, not something we are interested in, but some people like places they can *Instagram*

Positive: The villa had everything needed for a nice stay : a great kitchen with oven and microwave and all ustensiles needed. The rooms were lovely and everything was prepared as expected.

Negative: Nothing - Everything was great. We would have loved to stay a few days more there :D

Positive: Plenty of cleaning supplies. More space than expected

Negative: Insufficient coffee provides for 3 people. Had to BUY more!! Why not just give us the extra packet. Also had to ask for additional soap squares, but they were given to us.

Negative: It was farther from downtown Palm Springs than we thought. But I Totally blame Booking.com for that

Positive: It was well located and we enjoyed sitting by the pool on a beautiful day. The lady in the office was nice.

Negative: Pretty run down for the price we paid. Furniture broken or damaged, paint needs refreshing. Good deep cleaning would be advised.

Positive: Quiet and had what we needed :)

Negative: Building, room, furniture, etc. dated/older, towels, etc. older.; no clear mountain views. Looking out the main bedroom is very ugly empty lot.

Summary: It was just fine for what we needed... maybe a little too far from the BNP Tennis Tournament, but ok
