Summary: We love this place! You’re able to park in the garage right below the guest house. It’s so close and convenient. The stairway is well lit, I love the coat hooks by the door. The quality of furniture is impressive. It’s cozy and so comfortable. We bought some ice cream and snuggled up to watch a movie. The king size bed feels good and the sheets and comforter are soft and bright white clean. Instant hot water for showering and hand washing. The kitchen is well organized with everything you’ll need. Hot coffee in the morning. Plenty of seating. I set my laptop up on the kitchen island and it was the perfect work area for a few hours. No carpet, yay! This guest house shows the owners truly care, they want their guests to feel at home, relax and have what they need. We will definitely be back! Great location, close to downtown Flagstaff which has amazing restaurants and fun shops. 5 stars across the board to the owners of this getaway!!

Summary: The host really added some cute touches to make this space feel like home. There are a few burnt out lights, dead batteries in remote controls for the fan/TV but the space is clean and bright. We loved having the garage to keep our rental safe and the nice kitchen with eating buffet. Even the decor and guest book were cute added touches.

Summary: Nice size for a few days, full kitchen, nice bath, comfy bed. they only gave us 2 bath towels no hand towels or any extras. There is an AC unit that worked well but there is no central heat that you can control so there is a space heater. We were there with 30'F overnight so cold in AM. Not ideal. Blinds over bed and in bath are too high to reach to adjust. Light from street comes through blinds at night. Property is accessed through garage (nice to have a parking space) but the directions did not say that you had to go up the back alley to get to the garage. It took me 20 minutes to get assistance and finally figure it out.

Summary: Great nights sleep in the king size bed. No privacy outside as the homes are stacked on top of each other. Needs an outdoor space. On far east side of town. Not much around. Otherwise comfortable.
