Summary: We immensely enjoyed our stay here. There were 14 of us, 3 different families - kids, teens and adults. The house was plenty big enough for all of us. The boys loved the bunk room! The other bedrooms were large and spacious and the bathrooms were very nice and clean. There were plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, pool towels, etc for our large group. They also provided hand soap, shower essentials, kitchen soap (all of which many properties do not provide - so I was pleasantly surprised at the convenience of this). The pool/spa and backyard area was a perfect set up to keep all of our kids entertained while we were at the house, as was the basketball goal in the driveway. The kitchen was large and spacious and had plenty of room for all of us to gather for meals or just to congregate and socialize. The outdoor fire pit made for beautiful ambiance in the evening and we enjoyed making smores outside. The view is breathtaking all around. The Carefree/Cave Creek area is really nice and close by and there is plenty to do and places to eat if you’re wanting to stay close and not travel much for the day. We were able to have groceries delivered which was nice. Irvin was awesome and such a pleasure to deal with. He was very responsive to calls or texts. The customer service was top notch. This property was clean, well stocked and truly made our stay in Arizona exactly what we hoped it would be. You will not be disappointed!!!

Summary: We really enjoyed the house. Brought the family and glad we heated the pool. It was used every day and the hot tub was perfect. We had one issue with one of the furnaces not heating and our host corrected it immediately. The host was accessible to us throughout the stay and all went as planned. I’d highly recommend!

Summary: I can’t say enough about the property! We rented the property to accommodate a large group, and it did just that! The out door space is just as advertised, but the peacefulness of this area and the views were spectacular!

Summary: My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was just outside the business of the city and it was so peaceful and relaxing. There is plenty to do near by and we loved that when we returned to the house to relax for the late afternoon and evening, it was like being at our private resort. The house is very spacious and all amenities are as advertised. The backyard is awesome. The views are amazing and it is so relaxing to hang out in the great Arizona weather. The neighborhood was also great for morning walks. We couldn't recommend this property enough. It is amazing!

Summary: A group of 12 of us came out in September for a golf trip. The property was great! It was as beautiful as advertised. Check in was great and they were very accommodating for an early check-in since we arrived early from out of town. We worked with Dianne, and she was very responsive and helpful. We had an unexpected issue with the A/C, which was certainly out of their control and just due to bad luck. Dianne was very accommodating to get everything fixed in a timely manner. We would absolutely come back to this place and recommend this to anyone else traveling in the area.

Summary: Our work team bonding was a success! This house was beautiful, welcoming and it was big enough to accommodate our large group. The house was clean and everything was labeled which made it very convenient, the pool and pool table provided many hours of entertainment and of course the view was spectacular. I also want to give kudos to our greeter Randy, he answered all my questions promptly before and during our stay. Thank you for a great stay!

Summary: House is beautiful- just as pictured. Well stocked. Very clean. Location is wonderful. Only gave it 4 stars for the following: My kids were very excited to swim in the pool. Although we had arranged to have it heated, when we arrived, pool was freezing as was hot tub. Took 2 days and several repair people arriving periodically at the house to fix it. By day 3 ( our last day) pool/hot tub were warm. Also, blind in master bedroom need to be charged so we were unable to sleep in past 5:30. I will say the management company is attentive- maintenance people were showing up all day/night the first 2 days - both a plus and a minus. Had we not had the above issues- definitely would have given this house a 5.
