Summary: Lovely quiet ,clean ,self contained property within a family home.The little contact we had with the home owners was friendly and helpful. Communication with the agent on departure was sadly very disappointing

Summary: My partner and I stayed here during our visit to lake Garda. It is a perfect location and accomodation for anyone to stay. There is a sofa bed although I think it would probably be a bit crowded with more than two people staying. The only faults we had with the property was the lack of kitchen items (e.g. salt, pepper, oil, BBQ tongs etc.) And the bed was quite hard so we put a blanket beneath the sheet. But these are minor complaints in the grand scheme of things. The check in process was great they let us check in early and stay by the pool on our last day before our train to Venice. The people who own the property and live on site are kind, clean and polite. They introduced themselves to us and then left it to us so we had the pool to ourselves the whole time. The private area outside the property is a perfect place to catch some rays or to enjoy your meal. Couldn't recommend enough!

Summary: This was the third time we have stayed here and it was really nice just like the other times. Because of COVID-19 we had to postpone our holiday last year but we’ve got a great service from Desenzano Loft they booked us this year in stead. The appartment was nice and has everything you need, near by the center with nice restaurants en shops. Your own swimmingpool en sunbeds in a nice spacious garden, nothing more to wish for. And to make it even better,such lovely owners who give you your privacy bit are also there if there is a problem. So for us it is our Home far from Home. Nothing, i am very happy with the service and contact, always quick reply on my emails and questions. This is normally often difficult in my experience with travelagents but not with Desenzano Loft, my compliments!!

Summary: Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, da man zentral wohnt und überall zu Fuss hin kommt. Es ist eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung (leider mit Stechmücken als Untermieter) mit allem, was man braucht und dann natürlich der Pool, war für uns ein Highlight. Die Besitzer sind sehr nette Menschen. Punkt um: wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Die Kommunikation könnte verbessert werden, da wir nicht sofort einen Ansprechpartner hatten. Whatsapp hat schon funktioniert, aber die Antworten dauerten lange, so das wir nicht wussten wohin und ob jemand kommt. Aber ihr seid ein prima Team, wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt und freuen uns aufs nächste Jahr

Summary: We have been here for the second time and it was wonderfull, there were made improvements like a new shower,nice sunbeds and the kitchen had some good changes. The owners are so nice and respect your privacy,it is only a few minutes to the center with nice shops and restaurants and you have your own pool to relax in.If you need anything the people at Desenzano Loft will help and assist you, they give very good service, and are always availble. Summary: Tutto va bene, specialemente la piscina, la cucina e il bagno. Ci piace molto . L'agenzia ci ha detto che si apriranno domenica ma non l'hanno fatto mentre abbiamo bisogno di un assistente. Forse perché abbiamo chiesto in inglese in modo che non capissero appieno, ma vorremmo conoscerlo la prossima volta in anticipo se la domenica è vicina.
