Positive: Location was perfect! Right on the lake and direct access to swimming area

Negative: Was quite far from the road with lots of stairs to get too. If you don’t have old people or very young children in your group then this will not be a problem. There are ferries but the timing is not always suitable

Summary: Perfect spot in Lake Como and the agency was super helpful no matter the time the were very responsive.

Positive: The apartment was very very picturesque and beautiful! It was as shown in the photos. There was soap bar - body wash and shampoo. The kitchen was great and the microwave was good too although it took some time to figure out since it was different. The view outside is great and it was very quiet. WiFi works well as well.

Negative: We were not informed but the boat dock is only open during summer season. We went at the start of October so we missed that season so we had to walk down and up to catch the bus - and it’s a very very steep climb. If the boat dock was open, it would have been much much better since it was very very close.

Summary: Comfortable and pretty but will come back during the summer season

Positive: Great views and beach access. Close to ferry! The pasta and coffee were a great touch! Would appreciate coffee and water available

Negative: A heads up regarding no supermarket or food options nearby would’ve been appreciated to better plan. Also, how difficult it is to get transportation there

Positive: The location, once you finally arrive, is outstanding! You really felt you were in the midst of a Medieval city, which you of course are ;) and the local beach next door proved to be a perfect way to cool off on a Sunday afternoon! The views are world class and taking advantage of the nearby ferry dock is a must if you don't have a car.

Negative: The only thing I'd suggest is for guests to shop for food before arriving, since once you reach the property, you're not close to any form of shopping.
