This luxury two-bedroom, 192 sq mtr (2,100 apartment is on the top floor of a 60 year old revisionista style, 24 hour doorman building. It truly is the ideal location in Recoleta; a block from Recoleta cemetery and the famous La Biela café where politicians, businessmen, authors, artists and poets have met in the past. We are a stone’s throw from all the finest hotels in Buenos Aires including the Park Hyatt and the Alvear Palace and close to the finest and most luxurious shopping areas in the city. Recently renovated master bathroom, new lighting, redecorated throughout.
Two front balconies provide ample access to the city skyline and a pergola adorned rear terrace provides quiet intimacy and outdoor privacy. It is fully equipped and beautifully decorated - contemporary decor with traditional architecture is perfectly executed. A large living/dining area with fireplace features comfortable couches and a relaxed, contemporary Roche-Bobois dining table/seating for 8. The office/study provides high-speed wireless internet and printing capabilities. The master bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom (bidet and shower) features a Queen sized bed, 42” large screen LCD TV with Direct TV (HBO included), streaming capabilities and a private balcony with city view. The second bedroom also has city vistas, 26” flat screen TV with Direct TV (HBO included),m, XBox360, private en-suite bathroom and is equipped with twin beds that may be combined to form an extremely comfortable queen sized bed. The kitchen is contemporary in style with granite counters, a 4 burner gas range with infra-red cooking plate, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, N’espresso coffee maker, wine cooler and all modern conveniences. Summary: We shared this apartment with another couple. It was spacious and in a fabulous part of the city...a short stroll to the Recoleta cemetary and many cafes and restaurants. The bakery next door was our go to for breakfast. The apartment was well stocked with extras such as bottled water. The owner and the property manager were both extremely responsive. So many things to love about the accommodations and the beautiful city!

Summary: The apartment is great. It is spacious with all the amenities that one might desire for living in comfort. The location is perfect and beds are very comfortable. All the rooms are like being at home. Everything is provided that would be necessary for relaxing and enjoying Buenos Aires. To start with Nigel provided us with many suggestions and answers to our questions well before we arrived at the apartment. He was very responsive to all our inquiries and provided many suggestions. When we arrived Alejandro was there to meet us late at night and was available at any time to help. Both of them provided outstanding assistance to make our stay. perfect. We highly recommend this apartment. It is probably the best place we have stayed in traveling throughout the world.

Summary: The apartment was lovely—better than the photographs. The property manager, Alejandro, was responsive and very helpful. The location was perfect—terrific restaurants and sights close by and a beautiful neighborhood. All the owner’s suggestions were very good—from close by bakery to laundry to neighborhood restaurants. He was very easy to deal with not only through the booking process, but during our planning in advance of the trip. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Loved our stay in Buenos Aires. The apartment was roomy and comfortable. The location made it a great base for our 10 day exploration of BA. Nigel, the owner, provided great ideas about things to do and places to eat. Alejandro, the on-site property manager, was super responsive and also very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We spent two months in this outstanding apartment, the fourth time we have done so in Recoleta. It was clearly the best of the four apartments, albeit the most expensive. The location is perfect, the penthouse is extremely well furnished and equipped. If we return to BA, it would certainly be this outstanding penthouse.

Summary: Quiet Recoleta location near parks, shopping, cemetery. Owners were wonderful to work with! Manager met us when we arrived and checked us out. We were two couples so this apartment was perfect! Grocery shopping was very close so we could eat breakfast 'at home' before the busy sightseeing. Neighborhood is very safe and many, many dining options within walking distance. There is a detailed owners manual and the washer-dryer was perfect for light loads to prepare for our next adventures!
