Positive: I liked the fact that the communications with this host was extremely smooth and easy. It’s interesting that the hotel is fully staffless. Meaning that there’s no single person scalable at the venue. I don’t see it as an issue more like a curiosity. Otherwise i fully recommend the hotel because it’s walkable distance to the city centre and it’s in the neurotic off the centennial park

Summary: If i will come again to Nashville i will definitely consider stati again at the same hotel

Positive: We really adored the atmosphere surrounding the place and the staff were more than super sweet!

Negative: Honestly nothing; the only thing that maybe the bed being too firm for my liking but the place as perfect!

Positive: We stayed here for 1 night in May and loved it. The hotel was amazing and the rooms were very clean, modern and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and we both had a really good night sleep. The hosts were really friendly and welcoming and even got a goodbye treat at check out of some donuts from “five daughters bakery” which was a really nice touch. The location was perfect and there were lots of bars, restaurants and cute shops right on the door step. We would 100% stay here again.

Positive: Location was perfect! Steps away from restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and bars. Hotel was beautifully decorated and well designed. The outdoor courtyard was perfect for lounging. The staff was friendly, welcoming, respectful, and knowledgeable about the area.

Positive: Everything was absolutely perfect, from start to finish. The staff was friendly, informative, attentive, and knowledgeable. The hotel itself, was beautifully designed, boutique style, clean, the courtyard was beautiful too! We hung out listening to live music one day, and another day we hung out drinking cocktails, it was the perfect space to lounge. The location was perfect, it was steps away from restaurants, bars, coffee shops, boutiques, and vintage stores.

Negative: towels needed to be washed first due to the towel lint that new towels give off when not washed after purchasing, but understood that the hotel barely opened their doors a few days earlier.

Summary: Would stay again and again and again!!!

Positive: Location was great! 12 South is a wonderful little neighborhood with lots of restaurants, shops and pop-up vendors. Only a 10 minute uber to downtown and 15/20 minutes to the airport. Love that they offer suites as well! Perfect for our group trip. Staff was super helpful and friendly! The front desk all had great recommendations and maintenance was able to get a necklace out of our sink.

Negative: Kitchen could’ve been cleaner (dust on stovetop, cobwebs on light fixtures) but we didn’t cook so didn’t bother us at all
