Summary: I was very upset with my stay here there was children and adults yelling and running up and down the halls till later this morning also around 9:45 or 10:00 am housekeeping just walks on in my room without knocking check outs not till 12 also I was charged another 25.00 upon my arrival so I was not happy with my trip to the delta hotel

Summary: Property was nice . Staff wasn’t as nice . Accident had my card locked on my phone where I’m traveling & I have to unlock it to use it. When it declined because it was locked , the staff responded “sorry your card declined for a $25 charge” with a smirk on her face & laughed . Also made sure guests behind me heard it as well.
