Positive: Our car broke down on the way to the hotel. We had to be towed by AAA the last few miles. Lisa, a night manager, was kind enough to hold our room for late arrival. She was helpful throughout our stay as our car was repaired. We had intended to stay one night, but had to stay four nights to wait for work to be done on our car. Lisa and all the staff were so kind to us. We had our dog with us and walking her noticed the excellent landscaping of the hotel, including the planting and the views from the parking lot. Stunning.

Summary: If we had to be delayed by car trouble, we were very fortunate to be at the Marriott Delta - Bristol

Positive: No breakfast, was not included. Seemed expenses to have breakfast in restaurant. I don't know why we were in a handicapped home. The chair looked dirty, we didn't use, mirror to low. Needs brighter bulb in entering room and bathroom. Desk person very friendly and helpful. Also handicapped room on four floor doesn't seem safe if there was a fire. How would you get person in wheelchair out. Something to think about.

Negative: Handicap room was needed.

Negative: Foyer on our floor had a musty odor, but the room was fine, clean, and comfortable.
