Positive: This is the second time we have stayed at the Delta Hotel while visiting Rotterdam. It's a little out of the city centre, although on a public transport route if needed. We were driving and it's easy to reach, with plenty of parking. The location on the water is great, with lovely sunsets from the rooms and deck. This time we opted for a suite with a balcony, which was great. Very large with a great seating area and huge windows with a lovely outlook over the river, which was particular nice with all of the lights after dark. We haven't yet managed to eat in the restaurant, but have had drinks and seen the food being brought out and it looks great. Hopefully there will be another visit and next time we'll definitely try it.

Negative: There was no bar area as such on the night that we were there as they were using all of the available space and tables for diners. They did accommodate us at a table for a drink because we were there early in the evening, but if it had been after 7pm, there would have been nowhere to sit to have a drink, which is not a great experience for guests of the hotel.

Positive: What a great view! Our son loved watching all the boats sail past. The room is very spacious, with a balcony, great place to relax. Dining at the water front is a great experience. Staff in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful! Very willing to make exceptions for our difficult diet and allergy wishes. Also, our son was invited to make his own dessert in the kitchen, together with the chef. It came out very healthy with a lot of fruit!

Negative: Bathroom was a bit small and outdated, but kept clean. Otherwise nothing to complain about.
